First EVER Bradford Watermelon seed oil was cold pressed a couple days ago! Nutty, buttery but light, and very aromatic! The fragrance was of fresh baked cookies! Very excited that our seeds yield higher than soybeans! The meal cake in the picture is being milled into flour. Can’t wait to see what those creative chefs come up with!
